This armorial is engraved on a pair of old sheffield plate tureens dating to around 1820. It turns out to be that of Sir Thomas Reade CB. The arms are those of Reade and the three decorations are orders he was awarded and the motto "FIDEI ET MERITO" comes from one of them.

Pair of early bright emitter triode valves. They have B4 bases and labelled T over H3. The metal base appears to be chrome plated brass. They are type H3 made by Tungsram in Hungary (dating to the early 1920s).

A curious solid spoon shaped item approx 8 cm long made from stone and possibly Chinese. There are 3 grooves cut into the top at the right. What is it for and how old is it?

A small brass nozzle plated in the centre, some 6 cm long with a screw connection at the right and a small exit hole at the left. Found on an old rubbish site. Could have been used for water and from its quality quite old. When was it made and what was it used for?
